We would work with specific breathing related to help you *Improve Your Air Consumption*. Also learn how to RELAX and enjoy your DIVING.

The class can be done at the beach, hotel or at the Shakti Yoga Center.

We suggest to do the *BREATHING CLASS before your first dive.

Dive Healing Therapy

$45 us 40min.
if second is required, an additional $25 us

A simple method to curve a sudden cold and deal with problems such as chronic SINUS, EAR PAIN AND INFECTIONS AND BRONCHIAL PROBLEMS.

This proven method helps also with EQUALIZING. DIVE HEALING THERAPY should be done at least a day before your dive. It can be done in your hotel or at YOGA CENTER SHAKTI.

Traditional THAI-YOGA Massage

$60 for 1HR or $75 for 90min., $110 us couples
