Memories And Stories
I personally will miss her a lot. She made a mark on my life and everyone who met
her fell in love with her in 5 minutes. She was constantly smiling and had an open heart and home for everyone. I know I will miss her constantly happy face.

I was so shocked to hear this because every time I saw Jo Ann at reunions or
just in the photos on our high school web page, she always looked so vibrant.

I am truly shocked with this news.... Always such a live wire, happy go lucky kid. …I'll remember her in my prayers of special intention

Jo Ann was a great lady, spirited, as well as a mover and shaker. She will be missed by many.
At the wake …Soooo many flowers. Within one hour the second room had to be opened to accommodate the people. The strangest thing happened on my way in....I felt as if Jo Ann were walking beside me and laughing - I never had this experience before!

I have felt my mom's presence many times over the last several days.
One thing I heard over and over from her friends was that my mom taught them how to have fun. Me, too! I'm sure Arlene told you there were so many people at the wake that they had to open up another room!! And THAT was during the day!!! I barely had time to introduce myself to people before someone else came in looking to speak with my dad or me. I feel terrible that I couldn't spend more time with each friend so I could hear the wonderful stories that they were sharing. At the evening viewing, I didn't even meet a lot of people...there just was no time. She was an amazing woman who will be missed.

Now I am sad. I do see that she was one of the great ones - a really good person and friend. Please pass on for me deepest regrets to any one. A big loss for our class and the world.

Thanks for sending this [tribute] to me. I really didn't know Jo Ann but she sounded like a really wonderful and beloved person who lived every moment of her life promoting happiness and doing good for others. May God bless her husband and family in their sadness over this great loss.
